Changes in the ownership of the company’s own shares

On September 7, 2022, Rovio Entertainment Corporation transferred without consideration a total of 12,757 treasury shares of the Company to the management and employees of the Company based on the Company’s employee stock savings plan for the period of savings from April 2020 to March 2021.

Following the transfer, the Company holds a total of 7,411,416 treasury shares.
